"Gary Eller and the
Smithsonian Museum Exhibit"
Gary Eller will appear at the museum on May 20th at
2pm for his presentation Historical
Based Songs of Working Men and Women.
After the museum presentation,
everyone will migrate to The Pearl where the
audience will participate in a rancorous recording of a song
that was sung when Boundary county split from Bonner county.
This recording will be used in his Idaho Song Project that he
does for the Idaho Humanities Council. After the recording
session Gary and the base player from his band
Chicken Dinner Road will stay
around for a” Jam Session” with as many of our local musicians
that want to play.
This will be a fun event with lots of interaction between the
audience and the musicians. Hope to see you all there!
